When you visit my blog, I may collect personal data from you including your name and email address. This is so that I can deliver the services you’ve signed up for (eg: a newsletter subscription). This website also collects data which does not identify you, such as which blog posts are viewed, which country you are in, and so on. I only see this data in terms of broad insights (eg. page view numbers).
What data I collect from you:
This website collects cookies, which is a small piece of information that is placed on your computer when you visit certain websites. I also may collect data from comments left on blog posts, if I run a giveaway and entrants provide email addresses, plugins used on this site (eg: Google Analytics) or via cookies.
What I will do with your data:
I may use your data to contact you in order to provide you with a newsletter you have signed up to receive, or to deliver a service you have bought or signed up for, or a giveaway. I will never use your data for a different purpose to the one you intended. If you have signed up to receive email updates or blog updates from me then I will hold this data unless you unsubscribe or no longer wish to receive these updates.
How your data is protected:
Your data won’t be shared for marketing purposes or sold to anyone.
You have a right to be forgotten; if you have previously signed up but wish for your information to be deleted, please contact me here
This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation. The compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog. All advertising is in the form of advertisements generated by a third party ad network. Even though I may receive compensation for my posts or any advertisements, I will always give my honest opinion, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. I am proud to say that I only work with brands that I genuinely love and use. Where content has been sponsored, or is in collaboration with a brand, I am and will always be transparent about that, in line with the ASA’s regulations and guidelines. Those advertisements will be identified as paid advertisements.
Occasionally, I will use affiliate links, this means that if you purchase something via a link in my post, I will earn a small percentage of commission for influencing that sale. Please be assured that this will not increase the price of the item and I will always state clearly when an affiliate link has been used.
